SAW, Inc. d.b.a Cleveland Crops is the nonprofit affiliate of the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities that provides training and employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Cleveland Crops is an agriculture and food processing training and employment program designed to create innovative work opportunities and new career choices for adults with developmental disabilities.
Through Cleveland Crops, SAW, Inc. has created several urban farms to grow local food, and train and employ people in the food industry. Additionally, SAW, Inc. has constructed the 5,000 square-foot Cleveland Crops Food Innovation Center (FIC) at the Terrence M. Ryan Agricultural Education Center.
