Down to Earth Farm is located on 16 acres in Sultan, Washington between the Cascade foothills and the Skykomish river. We are a small-scale operation currently growing a wide variety of vegetables, with berries planned for 2016. Late in summer and fall we spend time harvesting wild huckleberries, blackberries, and mushrooms in our secret locations all over the valley (*wink *wink).
At Down to Earth Farm we are serious about growing fresh, healthy, environmentally friendly food. We choose not to participate in the USDA Organic Certification Program because we feel that our customers will certify the quality of our food and our values through their ongoing support. We actually like to think of ourselves as “better than organic” because we get to spend more time in the field rather than filling out paperwork for Washington, D.C. And we pass the savings on to you!
